RECIPE: Spring Citrus Salad with Firekracker Pecans

:Spring is here in Wisconsin! The chilly days are giving way to blooming flowers and fresh spring salad greens. Longer days make a cool, crisp, citrusy salad a perfect dinner. To add wonderful crunch and quality protein, we added chili-spiked Firekracker pecans and baked chicken breast to this simple yet delicious salad, adapted from Recipes | ILovePecans. This recipe is gluten-free and keto-friendly, and vegan if you skip the chicken!
Ingredients
6 cups greens
1-1/2 cups sliced and peeled oranges
1-1/2 cups Firekracker, chopped
¼ cup of purple onions, chopped
2 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
8 Tbsp. vinaigrette dressing (can include flavors similar to raspberry)
Instructions
1. Mix together all ingredients
2. Add dressing just before serving
