RECIPE: Nutkrack Candied Pecan Chex Mix

Chef Eric likes Chex mix, and Cheez-its, and Bugles, and crackers, and Funyuns, and butter...you get the picture.
Whether you are watching football, or a movie, or the wind blow the leaves around outside, this Mix will be the perfect companion. You know you loved Funyuns when you were a kid, we all did...and you probably still do.
Let your Funyun freak flag fly!
Ridiculous Chex Mix
3 cups Rice Chex
1 cup Cheez-its
1 cup Bugles
1 cup rye crisps
1 cup (or more) Funyuns
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
6 tablespoons melted butter
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
8 ounces (or more if you’d like) Nutkrack or Firekracker
Pre-heat oven to 250 degrees F.
Melt butter in small sauce pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, onion and garlic powders and salt. In a large bowl toss everything but the Nutkrack together. Spread out on 2 baking sheets lines with parchment. Place in oven and bake half an hour. Remove from oven and toss a little to bake evenly. Return to oven and bake another half an hour. Remove from oven and cool completely. Add Nutkrack or Firekracker.
Keep in an airtight container.
Try not to eat the whole batch in one sitting!
